Safety???

Safety???

I would like to point out that while my home project may have taken FOREVER and involved small power tools... on the danger scale it was about a 2 (out of 10). This is important to note because as of the last couple of months my brother has been competing with me for my dad's attention. For those of you that thought sibling rivalry ended after high school, you are mistaken. All I had to lure my dad to the house was my charm, the first-born card (which doesn't offer as many perks as it used to), and the use of my new hammer. Not much for a guy who prefers machines with large engines. Here again, we must consider the safety factor and the value of things like legs, arms, and necks.

I would just like it to be known that I have always had my dad's safety in mind. There is a lesson here somewhere... it may be that when you face a dilemma put your hands on your hips.

I was asked to correct this picture (apparently my brother was trying to make it less precarious looking). So below is the actual view.

In case you were wondering, the tractor is back on flat ground and it didn't get there by flipping either. We're told that happened because of a rather large tree stump. Maybe it's called a stump for a reason!
